JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in requirement analysis, business process review, and on-site implementation of MES projects.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to follow up on implementation plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure project quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for MES systems after go-live; analyze and troubleshoot issues based on user feedback and drive continuous system improvements.
• Support system configuration, customization, and integration according to business needs; participate in feature design, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and user guides; track and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with business and production teams to analyze manufacturing processes (molding, stamping, plating, assembly, etc.) and translate them into MES requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:?

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in MES or manufacturing IT system development.
• Strong knowledge of Java-based web technologies, such as Spring Boot, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL or SQL Server for database design and development, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Understanding of MES-ERP integration, equipment data collection, and related interface development.
• Familiar with Linux systems and basic administrative commands.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations -- production planning, material management, production tracking, and quality management.
• Experience in at least one MES project implementation. Experience with Pangus-MES or similar MES platforms will be an added advantage
