Create and Design Ads: Develop visually appealing and effective advertisements for a variety of platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, print media, and more. Brand Consistency: Ensure all ads align with the company's branding and marketing guidelines. Collaborate with Teams: Work with the marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging. Iterative Design Process: Revise and refine ad designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics. Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of design assets for various campaigns. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest design and advertising trends to ensure ads are innovative and competitive. Ad Performance Analysis: Work with the analytics team to assess the performance of ads and make data-driven adjustments. Mentorship & Training: Guide and support junior multimedia designers through training, design reviews, and constructive feedback to help grow their skills and align their work with the team's standards. Perform other tasks as assigned, including participation in special projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, content creation, or multimedia design (agency or in-house experience, preferred candidate in beauty, fashion or FMCG industries). Proven track record of developing and optimizing ads across multiple digital channels (social media, search, display, and print). Working knowledge of

digital advertising platforms

(Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Familiarity with

analytics and performance tracking tools

(Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) for data-driven decision-making. Ability to create compelling ad visuals and copy that drive engagement and conversions. Up to date with

current advertising, content, and design trends

across digital platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
