Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Metrology Process Engineer Your Responsibilities New measurement device evaluation, installation, qualification and monitor metro. stability performance Ensure customer requirement be implemented through organization well Ensure all data output to customer right with right method and on qualified measurement device Control and calibrate all measuring devices in order to guarantee optimum production Working as interface between customer and organization-implementation of customer requirement, clarification of questions and upload report New measurement device plan, installation, qualification All Measurement device calibration and control - Set up measurement device list, calibration plan internally and outsource (certification, long term satiability, spare parts list, calibration record, service record ); Measurement method developing to meet customer requirement - cooperate with supplier and production department -ensure right method be used Provide documentation of measuring equipment like process instruction Establishes, develops and metrology systems, such as auto. data collection and recipe management Provide documentation of measuring equipment like process instruction Provides supports in the development and the implementation of the metrology road map Continuous improve metrology issues with metro. healthy dashboard setup Implementation and follow on customer related system such as spec review, etc Work with MNT team to make sure all metro\'s tools calibrate on time Other Job assignment from superior Your Profile Degree & above in Engineering or equivalent At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Metrology, preferably in HDI/ IC- Substrate/ PCB/ Semicon/ Electronics related industry Fluent written and oral English Basic knowledge of MCA/MCC (Measurement Capability Analysis/ Measurement Correlation Capability) & measurement tools Familiar Geometric dimensioning & tolerance Systematic with good problem solving skills, analytical and project management skills (eg: QC 7 steps, 6 Sigma & etc) Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
