Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Metrology Technician (Quality)

Your Responsibilities

Familiar with all of measurement items in each process and know of the control and spec. limits Using related metrology tools to create recipe and measure the corresponding parameters to check the process or product performance and stability Implement MCA test for related metrology tools as plan and output the data to do basic analysis, including accuracy , repeatability and reproducibilityheck the process or product performance and stability Familiar with SPC control rule and related RFC document Implement measurement for special requirement, e.g. process tool qualification, process DOE, improvement projects Prepare quality report according to the measurement data Check, calibrate and clean metrology equipment regularly, execute 5S Assist inline process handle related measurement issue Other Job assignment from superior

Your Profile

Candidate must possess at least Professional Diploma/Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent Minimum 3 years experiences in related field or equivalent field Good problem solving and analytical skill Basic knowledge of SI units (metric system) Basic English knowledge (to operate equipment with English software)
