About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns/ programs to drive mortgage sales volume.
• Involved in adhoc process improvement pertaining to Mortgage portfolio, drive to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Tracking of programs/ products performance, including all administrative matters relating to respective area of coverage.
• Coordinate system production problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure customer complaints and issues are investigated & resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance and consistency with Citi\'s Compliance and Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure any existing projects to be worked on are rolled out/ executed smoothly.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Cross functional knowledge (e.g. marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, analytics)
• Ability to drive business innovation, leverage management information, and utilize data analytics to drive results
• Experience in scenario development and forecasting
• Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling or other similar techniques
• Demonstrated knowledge of product development with focus on commercial application, financial acumen, and investment processes across asset classes
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
