Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clientsincluding evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as \'The Trusted Banker to call\' Identify clients\' needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (\'CDD\') and Know Your Customer (\'KYC\') Job Requirements A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach Flexible, as significant extended hours may be required during specific negotiations and transactions Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team player Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
