Job Description

Job Responsibilities Perform retrievals of customer\'s documents for eg e-statement or documents according to the agree Service Level Agreement and/or Records Management Agreement (RMA) with BU/SU. Process Physical & Digital Record Retrieval - include submitting purchase access related matters. Ensure all transaction / Instructions received from various channels (letters and emails) before and after established cut-off time are properly accounted for to ensure completeness of transactions processed. Perform and review end to end processing requests from Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) and lawyers with regards to court injunction orders, garnishee, bankruptcy, liquidation, estate matters. Perform any admin task and compliance reports that related to KORI, BCP, KRCSA and etc. Ensure compliance with processes/ procedures stipulated under SOPs, Policies, and Guidelines and ensure the bank complies with regulatory guidelines and timelines for data submission to stakeholders in all aspects. Support any project development and revision which has direct relation RRIC and handle other job-related duties and assignment as required. Job Requirements A recognized Degree or any other equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with similar position and area in handling customer\'s historical data retrieval, reporting and information management Proficient in using Microsoft Office/Excel applications Strong comprehension and analytical skills A strong customer service mindset with good communication, comprehension and problem solving skill Independent with excellent time management skills Team player and self-motivated Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
