Goal of Position

• Establishment and further development of SSC Logistics AP in close collaboration with the Country Logistics in Asia Pacific
• Active participation in the transfer of the logistics activities to SSC Logistics and ensuring transferred processes run successfully
• Coordination of all activities related to logistics function implemented in SSC Logistics, as well as the functions to be transferred from Country logistics
• Holding responsibility for monitoring, reporting and results in the agreed performance measures Participation in the continuous improvement in SSC logistics
• Holding the role of the Local Process Responsible in the field of Quality Management System in the Logistics Service Delivery
• Supporting the budgeting process of SSC Logistics
• Support for all the related project which is related to the local Supply Chain and Logistics daily operation

Your Key Responsibilities

• Management of assigned employees
• Participation in the transfer of logistics processes
• Participation in ensuring that the transferred processes are initiated and implemented without problems - Legally compliant organization of the transferred procedures and processes within the logistics function and ensuring problem-free operation, including continuous documentation of the procedures and content
• Further development and configuration of the logistics function within SSC Logistics AP
• Perform monthly analyses of KPIs, analyses, proposes and tracks actions to fit planned spending
• Set up further corrective actions for those actions and / or cost-cutting activities that have not proven effective
• Coordinate and participate at the SSC Logistic budget
• Establish together with the hierarchical superior optimizing projects and the measures to achieve the budgeted cost objectives
• Responsible for coordinating the investment plan proposals, justifying, documenting, submitting for approval and running the projects in the plan, in strict correlation with loading of capacities
• Organize, track and provide resources for the processes implemented in SSC Logistics
• Monitor the implementation of process changes
• Responsible for coordination of the periodic analysis of capacity studies in the SSC Logistics department Human resources management tasks
• Plan, hire and manage SSC Logistics AP with the calibration and succession planning
• Organize and conduct a weekly operational team meeting, individual one-one meetings on regular basis, monitor and analys the indicators establised for the department together with the team
• Participate in the employee development dialogue with the department manager and aim at implementing the training measures
• Establish, communicate and track the achievement of each individual and the team

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Qualifications

• BA/MA degree Business (Logistics / SCM - Business or technical)
• Comprehensive knowledge in areas of the supply chain management, logistics, project management, process management, strategy definition, digitization
• Experience in managing and leading in the functional area
• Experience in people management
• Well organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, customer service presence.
• Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals.
• SAP overview with transactional knowledge in MM/IM modules.
