Job Description


Brand, Media and Communications department works closely with all functions across the organisation to uphold, to protect and to promote the reputation of UOB. We collaborate with colleagues to enhance our corporate profile and build brand prominence across our network through our team of specialists in brand and corporate social responsibility, external and internal communications, and social media Job Responsibilities Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all activities across the Bank\'s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and any additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Work closely with the social media agency to develop monthly social media content and campaigns aligned to the Bank\'s strategic priorities, tone of voice and corporate identity. Collaborate with External and Internal Communications and Brand teams for integrated communication initiatives that help increase the Bank\'s brand presence and SOV. Support business units in their marketing campaigns and paid advertising initiatives by providing social media advice and reviewing creatives assets. Manage and track social media campaigns that build followers, reach and engagement. Assist Social Media Lead in managing and tracking the annual allocated Social Media budget to ensure efficient and effective use to meet annual KPIs. Support in managing the Bank\'s online presence and protecting the Bank\'s reputation through social media listening and monitoring. Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to achieve targets while managing cost within the allocated budget. Job Requirements At least 4 years of experience in the field of social media, digital marketing, branding, marketing, advertising and/or communications. Knowledge and experience in banking industry will be an added advantage . Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with an excellent understanding of key social media networks in Asia and their best practices. Proficient in using social media tools including listening, publishing, analytics and reporting. Experience and knowledge in executing paid advertising campaigns on social media. Has a thorough understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms and can drive business outcomes through appropriate channel selection and adoption. A recognised degree, post-graduate diploma or professional degree in digital media, advertising, marketing, mass communications or equivalent. Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks. Possesses strong creative, strategic, analytical and communication skillsets. Strong proficiency in English, both verbally and written. Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse personalities and backgrounds.
