Job Summary

We are seeking experienced

Microservices / Java Developers

to join our team in building the next-generation banking platform using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
You will work closely with agile teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems that meet business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using microservices and micro frontend technologies. Modernize legacy systems into scalable microservices architectures. Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance. Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals. Participate in planning sessions, providing technical estimates and feedback. Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud tools, and software trends.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experience with

Java / J2EE

and

Spring Boot

framework. Proven experience in

API

and

Microservices

architecture implementation. Strong background in developing

high-volume, high-availability

services. Experience with

containerization and cloud technologies

(OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS). Familiar with

DevOps tools

: Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Selenium. Understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

and cloud-based development environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the

Financial Services

industry is an added advantage.
