The
Microsoft Business Manager
plays a critical role in managing the company's engagement within the
Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program
. This position is responsible for overseeing program governance, funding management, operational excellence, and partner coordination with Microsoft and Noventiq. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, an understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Support and Coordination
Manage and track key Microsoft programs including
Data Center Optimization (DCO)
,
AMM
,
CSI
, and related initiatives.
Oversee and administer
Microsoft funding (Co-op)
utilization across go-to-market (GTM) activities, workshops, skilling initiatives, and internal SPIFF programs.
Coordinate with
Noventiq
and
Microsoft
for monthly cadence meetings and
MSSales report
preparation.
Support
Annual Account Planning
and
Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
activities.
Serve as the primary contact for
Microsoft Account List (MAL)
segmentation, ensuring proper management of child accounts under each Top Parent.
Prepare and maintain
presentations, reports, and dashboards
for leadership and business performance reviews.
2. Operational Support
Coordinate and manage scheduling for all Microsoft-related meetings and internal touchpoints.
Provide logistical and administrative support for
Microsoft events
, including openings, closings, and follow-up activities.
Oversee
Microsoft Partner Center
operations, including inbound and outbound leads management and weekly performance tracking.
Assist in monitoring and reporting of Microsoft
performance metrics
,
billing
, and
CSP/EA/PAL
related operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated experience within the
Microsoft CSP program
or a similar Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
Solid understanding of the
Microsoft Cloud portfolio
, including
Azure
,
Modern Work
, and
Security
solutions.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
PowerPoint
with the ability to create structured reports and professional presentations.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
,
Information Technology
, or a related discipline preferred.
