OPen position: Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support ConsultantA Multinational company is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support Consultant to be part of a global team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Roles & Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and assisting in maintaining in the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases via team viewer/phone
- More than 3 years Application Support experience working with Dynamics NAV and / or D365 Business Central
- Project tasks including requirement gathering/analysis, design, documentation development, testing and training
- Capable problem solver, who is able to rapidly and independently produce solutions
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Understanding of business processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
