SUMMARY OF ROLE
To responsible in client services and support
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in design and installation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager version 2203 above. In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues. Manage clients windows patches/updates for the workstations and ensures they are pushed to workstations in a timely manner. Develop and manage software update process. Mitigates all vulnerabilities found on the workstations and all other SCCM related functions. Support the day-to-day tickets flow to include the administration of SCCM OSD, Patch Management, and software Packaging. Maintain and manage MDM through Intune portal, BYOD and Corporate owned devices. Provide 24x7 2nd and 3rd level support to client services operation. Perform routine system monitoring, health check and maintenance for pro-active management of IT Perform user requirements engineering for IT solutions in respective domain area. Support / contribute in policy setup and enforcement. Liaise with internal and/or external service provider and vendor for any troubleshooting, maintenance, Optimization, implementation/deployment cycle of client related issues. RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) for Win 10/11 and SCCM/Intune certification is added advantage Minimum 5-9 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in SCCM Deep knowledge in client computing (hardware and end users application), network and voice technologies Experience in configuring, operating and optimizing IT client services for a mission critical business environment Experience with other MS System Centre applications desirable Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience, project management skills and updating technical documentation as required.
