2. Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support, configuration, and administration of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
Execute deployment, migration, and implementation projects across Malaysia and Japan.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
Ensure best practices, compliance, and security standards are adhered to during deployment.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and configuration guides.
Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to end-users or client teams.
3. Requirements
i. Education & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g.,
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Engineer, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent
) are mandatory.
ii. Technical Skills
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
working with Microsoft technologies.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions (e.g., Azure, Active Directory, O365, Windows Server, Intune, Endpoint Management).
Experience with enterprise deployment, migration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with security, networking, and system integration is an added advantage.
iii. Experience
Proven track record in managing large-scale Microsoft deployments or enterprise-level implementations.
Experience working in multinational or cross-country project environments is preferred.
Prior work experience in Japan or supporting Japanese clients is an advantage.
iv. Language Requirements
Fluent in Japanese (spoken & written)

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
- mandatory.
English proficiency required for documentation and internal communication.
