We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IT development team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with web designers, program managers, and developers to implement business and technical requirements. Your expertise in C#, along with other programming languages, will be instrumental in producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating tools that enhance the user experience and ensuring the accessibility of websites across various device platforms, cultures, and languages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, program managers, and developers, to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions. Develop, maintain, and modify websites and user interfaces using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices. Create innovative tools and features that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction. Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites across multiple device platforms, cultures, and languages. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required. Collaborate with the IT operations team to deploy and maintain web applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing C# applications using the Microsoft .NET frameworks, including .NET Core or .NET 5+. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing web user interfaces with frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, or React. In-depth knowledge of relational database technologies, such as SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, or MySQL. Demonstrated experience with security-focused development practices and adherence to security standards. Proven track record of delivering full-stack web applications for commercial purposes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with ETL technologies, such as Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, or Azure Data Factories. Integration experience with Commercial off the Shelf software, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, is strongly preferred. Proficiency in development tools like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code. Experience working with cloud platform services, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with microservices architecture, containers, and Docker.
