This role acts as a
technical escalation point
for frontline IT teams, resolving complex user and system issues while ensuring stable daily operations across Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Administration
Manage and administer
Microsoft 365 Exchange Online
, including mailboxes, distribution lists, and email flow configurations.
Perform
user account administration
within
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
--covering provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
Provide
advanced support
for issues related to
Exchange, Microsoft 365, and authentication
.
Troubleshoot
email delivery
,
spam filtering
, and
security compliance
issues.
Monitor and manage
Microsoft 365 security policies
, compliance configurations, and user access controls.
Assist with
license allocation
, renewal, and configuration in the
Microsoft 365 Admin Center
.
Collaborate with senior IT teams on
migration projects

automation
, and
policy enforcement
.
Follow and maintain
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
related to Microsoft 365 administration and incident resolution.
2. Advanced User Support
Resolve
escalated issues
from frontline IT or helpdesk teams.
Troubleshoot complex
mail flow

user provisioning
, and
calendar synchronization
problems.
Support users with
advanced features
(shared mailboxes, permissions, encryption, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve
login/authentication
issues, including
MFA
,
identity synchronization
,
app integration
, and
conditional access
.
Proactively monitor
Microsoft 365 environments to identify risks and apply preventive measures.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to
escalate and resolve high-impact incidents
.
Provide
training and guidance
to L1/L2 teams to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
Develop and maintain
self-service solutions
and
knowledge base articles
for common user requests.
Create and maintain
automation scripts
(PowerShell) to streamline administrative tasks.
Keep
accurate documentation
of configurations and procedures, updating troubleshooting guides regularly.
Conduct
knowledge transfer sessions
to improve team capability.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience in
Office 365 administration
.
Proven ability to resolve
complex Office 365 technical issues
.
Strong troubleshooting skills across
Exchange Online
,
SharePoint Online
,
Teams
, and
Entra ID
.
Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting
for automation and administration tasks.
Knowledge of
Office 365 security
,
compliance
, and
best practices
.
Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with both
technical and non-technical users
.
