Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of DevOps engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust infrastructure and automation solutions. Work closely with development teams, operations staff, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical outcomes. Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and implement enhancements to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Define and enforce best practices for configuration management, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD) processes. Identify infrastructure and automation risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements across all systems and processes. Drive process improvement initiatives through strategic planning and optimization efforts. Oversee system health monitoring to detect and resolve issues early, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations automation, solution architecture, or related fields. Strong understanding of financial trading systems, especially within the capital markets sector. Proven track record in leading teams and mentoring team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Zabbix and configuration management tools such as Ansible. Proficiency in CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, GitLab Runners, or Bitbucket Runners.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
