Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical direction on infrastructure architecture, automation, and best practices.
Work closely with development, operations, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Establish, implement, and enforce best practices for configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.
Proactively identify infrastructure, automation, and operational risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all systems and processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and strategic planning.
Oversee system health monitoring, ensuring early detection and resolution of issues to minimize user impact and service disruption.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Software Engineering
or a related discipline.
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in operations automation, solution architecture, or related roles.
Strong understanding of
financial trading systems
, especially in the
capital markets sector
.
Proven experience in
leading and mentoring teams
effectively.
Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills
, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with
monitoring/logging tools
such as Zabbix and
configuration management tools
like Ansible.
Proficiency in
CI/CD tools
, including GitHub Actions, GitLab Runners, or Bitbucket Runners.
