Job Description
SOFTWARE TESTER
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into effective test conditions and scenarios. Experience in: Test scenario development, test planning, and test case creation. Preparing and loading test data for various testing stages. Familiarity with SQL (Microsoft SQL / Oracle) and the ability to write simple to moderately complex queries. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA and HPQC is an advantage. Exposure to API testing, mobile application testing, and web service testing is preferred. Knowledge of various testing types, including:
Functional Testing
Boundary Testing
Exception Testing
Integration Testing
System Testing
Regression Testing
Certifications (Preferred)
Possession of software testing certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) is an added advantage.
Industry Experience
Prior experience in the financial services or unit trust domain is a plus.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
