• Building digital records, virtual / telemedicine, predictive analytics, automation and holistic healthcare data available to patients and doctors.

Projects: In 2022 a tech hub was established in KL to drive 2 initiatives,

• 1: Digital transformation of legacy CMS (clinic management system)
• 2: R&D, build new products and services for their customers. These consumer-facing apps (Web & Mobile) Example: B2B E-com platform.

Culture & reporting lines

• Each team has a dedicated Tech Lead who reports to the GM.
• You will have a core project / product to work on that will be 50% of your time and take on short term sprints / MVPs / Pilots.
• The team has 12 senior engineers, with ambitions to grow to 20 in 2024.
• T-Shape team with each engineer having the ability to collaborate across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable system architectures.
• Build and manage back-end services and APIs
• Deployment pipeline on AWS
• Testing (unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests)

Must Have

• Node.JS
• Any of : Angular / React / Nest.js

Nice to have

• AWS
• Typescript

Grade

• The preference is to hire mid level (min 5 years +) or senior (5-10 years) engineering experience (they do not hire juniors / fresh grads)
• These are IC roles that suit technically strong engineers, you are expected to need little training, be self disciplined and able to work independently.
