Your Role in Our Mission

We are looking for a

Mid-Level Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

who is passionate about building elegant, user-friendly mobile applications. The right candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver robust, performant, and scalable mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

How You'll Make an Impact

Mobile App Development

Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with industry best practices. Implement and optimize UI components for responsiveness and performance across devices.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Participate in debugging sessions and proactively resolve production issues.

Collaboration & Implementation

Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into smooth, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless API integration and data handling.

Architecture & Integrations

Contribute to application architecture decisions and codebase scalability. Integrate third-party services and SDKs to enhance application functionality. Monitor app performance and conduct tuning as needed.

Team Engagement & Growth

Stay up to date with the latest Flutter releases, features, and best practices. Share knowledge, contribute to code reviews, and support team-wide improvement efforts.

What You Bring

3+ years of mobile application development experience Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience with

Flutter and Dart

Strong understanding of

mobile design patterns

, widget trees, and performance optimization Familiarity with

REST APIs

, Firebase, or GraphQL Experience with

Git

version control and CI/CD tools Good problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication skills and team player mindset Knowledge of native Android/iOS development Familiarity with state management libraries like BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Familiarity with Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, or other app monitoring tools
