Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory for all IT assets within assigned accounts
Track all existing maintenance contracts and software licenses
Handle the full
asset lifecycle
, including deployment, usage monitoring, and retirement
Negotiate and review
hardware/software licensing contracts
with external vendors
Work with Business Units to establish agreements aligned with company and partner interests
Ensure
contract performance
and amend contracts as necessary
Document and provide reports on IT asset usage as required
Communicate with IT teams regarding upcoming
contract renewals
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business IT
or equivalent
1-3 years
of relevant experience in IT asset management or licensing
Solid understanding of
web technologies
Strong
analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent
communication skills
Highly
organized and detail-oriented
Skilled in
negotiation and project management
Working knowledge of
business and data intelligence software
