Job Description

This role involves frontend development using

Next.js

to build high-performance,

server-side rendered (SSR)

and

static web applications

for I-Gaming projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in

React.js, TypeScript

, and Next.js optimisation techniques (

SSG, ISR, dynamic routing

) to deliver fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Next.js)

Develop and maintain web applications using

Next.js

for server-side rendered and static pages Build

high-performance, responsive

interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across devices

Integration & Performance Optimisation

Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring efficient data flow between frontend and backend systems Optimise applications for

speed, scalability, and Core Web Vitals

, focusing on fast load times and performance tuning

Component Development

Design and build

reusable, scalable components

using React.js and Next.js Leverage Next.js features such as

dynamic routing, image optimisation, SSG, and ISR

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to meet business and user requirements Contribute to

architecture decisions, best practices, and code reviews

Testing & Debugging

Implement

unit tests and end-to-end tests

to ensure application quality and reliability Identify, debug, and resolve issues to maintain application stability

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with

Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript

Solid understanding of

microservices architecture

and API consumption Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Hands-on experience with

Docker

and deploying containerised applications Familiarity with

CI/CD tools

(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) Strong knowledge of

Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Styled Components

Proven ability to implement

SSR, SSG, and ISR

in Next.js Experience working with

GraphQL, REST APIs, and WebSockets

Basic knowledge of backend technologies (

Node.js, Express.js

) is an advantage Understanding of

SEO optimisation and performance tuning

for Next.js applications Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
