----------------------- Manage all aspects of palm oil mill operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety and environmental compliance.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, achieving production targets (OER, KER, SER) and minimizing palm product losses.
Monitor and improve Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) quality through proactive measures.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise machinery downtime and ensure optimum equipment and workforce utilization.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and cost savings.
Manage budgets and work program, manpower and monthly performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with MPOB Code of Good Milling Practice (coPM), MSPO standards, and other statutory regulations (DOSH, DOE, JTK, etc.).
Lead, train and motivate mill teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
----------------- Preferably a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Possess a minimum 2nd Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency issued by JKKP (DOSH).
Additional certifications (CePPOME, CePSWAM, AGT, AESP) are an advantage.
Minimum 12 years of experience in palm oil milling with at least 3 years as Mill Manager. Senior Assistant Manager with over 5 years' experience will also be considered.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
