Milling Supervisor

Job Description
- Able to do CNC Milling Programming and machine setting to perform part as per drawing and within specification.
- Able interpret technical drawing and setting up CNC machines with machining process and troubleshooting if any issues that arise during machining process.
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of CNC machinists and operators. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Responsible to plan production schedules, ensuring that work orders are completed on time, and optimizing workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- The supervisor is responsible for inspecting finished products, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any deviations from specifications.
- Responsible for oversee the maintenance and repair of CNC machines to ensure they operate efficiently and minimize downtime,which includes scheduling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems, and coordinating repairs as needed.
