In this role, your goals will be: In 2 months: Be in a position where you are encouraged to be outspoken to ensure media is prominent and meaningful during client conversations. In 4 months: Be able to propose ideas and activities to answer brand challenges, manage client budget and investment strategy across all media platforms, and be knowledgeable of the agency\'s planning tools and framework. In 6 months: Drive the client business and lead projects independently, and mentor and handle performance appraisal for the team. What you\'ll bring: A strategic partner for a portfolio of clients - FMCG, insurance & automotive. Understand the client\'s market position to develop and present optimal communication solutions against all briefs. Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs. Develop and build relationships with clients, be the trusted advisor on account requirements. Work with media partners across different platforms for ideation, negotiation and implementation. Work with internal specialist resources and group resources. Work with the team on competitive reporting and analysis. Facilitate cross-team learning and knowledge sharing. Mentoring the team and work with them on KPIs and performance appraisals. Minimum qualifications: Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising / communication agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources. Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for data, insights and ideation.
