It is the latest training program to prepare entry-level engineers for our new plant in Kudat, Sabah. The accepted trainee will be trained locally for all chemical manufacturing functions within the company, which include but not limited to: Lab Testing, Mineral Processing, Equipment Maintenance, etc. The position enables accelerated learning & development opportunities to pipeline them into future leadership roles in SBH KIBING SILICON MATERIALS. Job description: \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and supervise the extraction of mineral from mining area \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the conditions of the various processes and the flow of material processing. Conduct on-site testing and research to identify ways to improve systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing mineral processing procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. Examining materials and checking for defects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the equipment operation rules and safety operation rules of the post, and be able to operate the equipment independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Write reports, record and store information in compliance with legislation, regulations and company policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Work cooperatively with other departments to optimize production, reduce costs, solve problems and meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and follow up on projects assigned by your superior. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 With a minimum education level of Diploma/Degree. Major in chemical or mineral processing related course will be preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are welcome. Possess relevant work experience is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with relevant office software, hard-working, \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy is a MUST (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point). \xe2\x80\xa2 Good attitude, responsible, diligent and hardworking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt to business trips and shift work when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to work in a diverse environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in CHI, ENG, BM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
