Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support
Guarantee availability of all LAN/WAN system
Provide 1st level support for network, server and user
IT Asset Management
Perform fault finding, trouble shooting and all aspects of network and core systems infrastructure
Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement
Maintaining records of software licences, hardware assets, user accounts, service record, etc
Any ad-hoc duties when assigned
Job Requirements:
Good troubleshooting skills
Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
Self-motivated with attention to detail
