• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in IT/Computer Science/Administration or equivalent.
• Skills in troubleshooting software and knowledge in SQL is preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of working experience. (Working experience in retail industry is highly valued)
• Independent and a team player with good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance it processes.
• To travel between outlets from time to time.
• Coordinate and supervise annual and other routine stock counts.

• Provide first level support by identifying, resolving, and ensure the service commitment is met for POS, RM and Reporting system.
• Provide day-to-day operation support in maintaining the information system, including responsible for ensuring process and output of system are complete and error-free.
• To provide timely and accurate reports.
• To ensure minimal system downtime and uphold data integrity.
• To communicate and coordinate across all business units effectively and efficiently.
• To implement, review and ensure compliance of operation SOPs.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
• Liaise with users and vendor to clarify day to day issue and solutions.
• Housekeeping and ensure user access control for all application system used by the company.
