Position Title: MIS Infrastructure Engineer cum Senior Server Administration
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Tenure: Permanent
Headcount: 1 Job Summary: Provide operational support across the organization in the enterprise network/IT Infrastructure areas. Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of new Windows Server Operating System in accordance with the specification provided. Supports and troubleshoot all issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Active Directory
• Perform installation of new SQL Database in accordance with the specification provided. Support and troubleshoot all issues related to Microsoft SQL Databases including Disaster Recovery
• Plan, design, implement and operate the enterprise network and infrastructure
• Responsible for technical and service delivery aspects of Tialoc group information technology Infrastructure
• Be a member of IT security team to manage end-to-end process across Cyber Security, IT Governance, and IT Risk. Design and lead the cyber security strategy, includes Prevention, Detection and Response
• Ensure company\'s data remain secure by keeping updated on the latest cyber security threats and finding ways to guard against them on an organisation-wide scale
• Advise and provide solutions on new security threats and vulnerabilities. This includes vulnerability assessments and conducting security reviews of IT systems, network and core applications
• Enhancing early detection capability \xe2\x80\x93 This is through leveraging internal security data (Performing analysis of forensic evidence, log data, compromised hosts, and network traffic) and external sources (Industry portals and etc) to identify existing gaps in security control and close the gaps
• Conduct corporate security awareness and training programs to business users to prevent and limit the impact of a potential cybersecurity event
• Reviewing the security roadmap, ensuring that the strategy is in line with the current cyber security landscape
• Adopt IT industry best practices, manage purchase of software and hardware systems to enhance our business operation
• Support infrastructure forecast/budget/strategies plans and annual budget exercise. Prepare the necessary management reports
• Lead and manage MIS project execution and delivery, to ensure the project is delivered within timeline and budget
• Lead initiatives to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls and policies, ensuring that business users are compliant to the IS standards (ISO 27001, PDPA and etc).
• Plan and implement Information Security, IT Risk Management, IT Audit and IT policy to improve the overall security posture, including review and maintain information security policies.
• Perform internal IT Audit through self-assessment checklist

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in large enterprise infrastructure architecture design and implementation
• Computer Network and servers\xe2\x80\x99 review, administration, recovery and hardening
• Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems in a timely manner and maintain security of the systems
• Expertise in data security, firewalls and network security assessment
• Possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately
• Certification such as MCSE, CISM, CEH, CISSP, CISA and etc. will be highly preferred
• Manage Microsoft 365 Services (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender ATP, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, etc.)
• Microsoft Windows Servers/Linux systems in virtualization environment
• In-depth knowledge of Hewlett Packard Enterprise servers
• Proficient in network security and enterprise level firewall
• An optimistic and enthusiastic team player, results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Standby/reachable (over mobile phone/internet online) and able to work remotely after office hour due to nature of this position
