IT structure/security Improvements * Develop, implement, and oversee information/cyber security strategies and policies to protect the company from threats and vulnerabilities.

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Handle daily IT Support, IT-related issues and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, networks, and applications.
• System Administration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and servers.
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine system checks.
• Network Support: Help in the set-up and maintenance of computer networks.
• Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
• Preparing & assist in IT department annual budget planning & execution.
• Implementation and execution of IT Procedures & policies.
• Regular IT related training to users.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Responsible for maintaining adequate IT documentations, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
• Coordinate with external IT support services.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior/HOD from time to time.

Responsibilities

• The candidate should hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively.
