About our client

The company is a food and beverage ingredients manufacturer specializing in dessert and beverage powders, syrups, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and refine drink recipes using company ingredients. Support R&D in evaluating new raw materials, flavours, and concepts. Prepare sample drinks for internal tests or client presentations. Document recipes, measurements, and preparation SOPs. Assist in product improvement based on feedback and market insights. Provide demonstrations or training to customers when needed. Participate in tasting events, sampling sessions, and exhibitions. Prepare all ingredients, materials, tools, and equipment required for events. Assist in cleaning up the event/office area after each session or exhibition. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the R&D lab and preparation space. Work closely with Sales & Marketing on menu creation and product concepts.

Requirements

Experience as a barista, bartender, or mixologist is highly preferred. Strong creativity and passion for beverage development. Detail-oriented with good documentation skills. Good communication and presentation confidence. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
