The Mixologist is responsible to ensure that the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.Qualifications:Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Mixologist in high volume operations or Bartender in larger operations. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and have a passion for cocktail making.
