Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Prepare and serve Mixue's signature beverages and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces, following established procedures.
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, replenishing supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
