A Mixue Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Mixue store, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and managing the team.
Job Title: Mixue Outlet Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to Mixue's standards.
Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
2. Staff Management
Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
Motivate the team to meet sales and service targets.
3. Customer Service
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining service quality.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
4. Sales & Reporting
Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Implement promotional activities to boost sales.
5. Cash Handling & Admin
Ensure accurate cash handling and daily closing procedures.
Maintain records of expenses, payroll, and other store-related documents.
Requirements:
Experience in Mixue management is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Basic knowledge of inventory.
Language: English , Bahasa, Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
