Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Minimum Qualification SPM
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Able to manage team members and assist management.
Proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and public

Customer Service Excellence: Greet and serve customers, recommend beverages and ice cream according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Address customer complaints or operational issues promptly
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards and company policies.
Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of supplies.
Equipment Maintenance: Address any equipment failures or incidents promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Training & Development: Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
