Key Responsibilities

Cross-Platform Development

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.

UX/UI Execution

Translate wireframes and design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces with smooth animations and transitions.

End-to-End Publishing

Manage the full mobile app lifecycle, including code signing, beta testing (TestFlight/Firebase), and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and ensure smooth app performance across multiple devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.

Feature Integration

Integrate third-party APIs, state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider), and local data storage solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2-3 years of professional mobile application development experience At least 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with

Flutter and Dart

Platform Knowledge:

Strong understanding of iOS and Android architectural differences and the ability to implement platform-specific behaviors when required

UX-Focused Mindset:

Proven track record of building user-friendly applications with clean layouts and intuitive user flows Ability to showcase a portfolio of well-designed mobile applications

Publishing Expertise:

Hands-on experience with

App Store Connect

and

Google Play Console

, including compliance with store guidelines

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in RESTful APIs and JSON Experience using Git for version control Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with native development (Swift/Kotlin) for custom platform channels Knowledge of Firebase services (Analytics, Push Notifications, Crashlytics) Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployments

Pay: RM1,942.27 - RM5,000.00 per month
