Get to know the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Developer, your key role will be in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mobile app development, a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces, and a deep understanding of Flutter framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, implement, and deploy efficient and reusable Flutter components, fostering operational excellence across various initiatives.
• Work closely with the engineering team to explore and create new design/architecture solutions geared towards scalability and optimal performance.
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders across teams and roles to untangle ambiguous, multi-dimensional business, legal, and product needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality of the codebase.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications.
• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across different devices.

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or possess equivalent experience and education.
• Demonstrate over 3 years of professional mobile development in either Android or iOS development.
• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a focus on Flutter. A strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter is highly desirable.
• Showcase a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, particularly in algorithms and data structures.

• Flutter Development Exposure : Possess experience in building a Flutter app or have gained a minimum of 2 years of proficiency in Flutter development.
• Clean Architecture Understanding: Demonstrate familiarity with clean architecture concepts, considered a valuable asset.

• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework.
• Experience with mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
