Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Mobile Developer

with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using

Flutter

.

The ideal candidate is someone who views code through the lens of the user. You should be passionate about creating sleek, intuitive interfaces and possess a deep understanding of UX principles to ensure our apps are not just functional, but a joy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Platform Development:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.

UX/UI Execution:

Translate wireframes and mockups into "pixel-perfect" responsive mobile interfaces with smooth animations.

End-to-End Publishing:

Manage the entire app lifecycle, including code signing, beta testing (TestFlight/Firebase), and successfully overseeing submissions to the

Apple App Store

and

Google Play Store

.

Performance Optimization:

Identify and fix bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and ensure the application remains fluid across various screen sizes and OS versions.

Feature Integration:

Integrate third-party APIs, state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider), and local databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2-3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 1.5+ years focused on

Flutter and Dart

.

Platform Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the architectural differences between iOS and Android and how to implement platform-specific behaviors when necessary.

UX Obsession:

A proven track record of developing user-friendly apps with a "User-First" mindset. You should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of apps with clean layouts and intuitive flows.

Publishing Expertise:

Hands-on experience navigating

App Store Connect

and

Google Play Console

requirements and guidelines.

Technical Stack:

Proficiency in RESTful APIs and JSON.
Experience with version control (Git). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Native development (Swift/Kotlin) for writing custom platform channels. Knowledge of Firebase (Analytics, Push Notifications, Crashlytics). Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
