Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and explain mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories) to customers. Deliver a premium in-store experience Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Support and achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock availability Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and technologies. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and management.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent. Passion for mobile technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
