Good written and oral communication and analytical skills. Job Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones. Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies. Ensure proper operation of equipment to ensure safe working conditions. Maintain accurate records as required by law or agency regulations. Provide excellent customer service). Work closely with other technicians/staff members at various locations throughout the country.
