Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our service team at the Samsung Authorized Service Center in Sri Petaling. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and quality-checking smartphones (Android and iPhone), ensuring every unit meets the required service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mobile devices (Android & iPhone).

- Disassemble and reassemble devices with precision.

- Replace faulty parts and ensure all repaired units pass quality control checks.

- Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work and timeliness.

- Maintain accurate repair records and comply with service protocols.

Requirements

- Solid technical knowledge of smartphone repair, maintenance, and inspection.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).

- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturday)
