Job Description

• Participate and hands-on in mould design activities to ensure the mould design concept is according to customer specification and requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare DFM for initial mould design concept study and discussion.

• Manage design interfaces between customer/suppliers to ensure all design activities is conducted on-schedule, within an agreed design concept and according to customer mould specifications and requirement.

• In charge for 3D mould design and 2D drafting, ensure all work is performed accurately and efficiently.

• To prepare BOM list for material and mould components purchase.

• To ensuring design cad files, drawing and documents are maintained in line with company procedures.

• Effective communication and co-operation with mould maker and machining team.

• Resolve any design technical issues, modification or tweaking jobs in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.Work Experience: Minimum 4 years experiences in related field.Preferably in plastic mould design and fabrication.Others: Experiences in Siemen NX 3D modelling and Drafting.Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work as a team and independently.Ability to work under high volume jobs and tight schedule.Can communicate and write in English.Middle level in Microsoft Office.If you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
