Job Description
:
Actively promote mooncake to guests at off-site events/pop-ups. Set up and maintain attractive mooncake displays in the booth. Approach customers and share product benefits, stories, and usage tips to encourage purchases. Provide excellent customer service, answer product-related questions, and handle transactions when needed. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams. Support marketing campaigns and social promotions by encouraging photo ops and user-generated content. Maintain inventory levels and ensure mooncake is properly tagged, stocked, and displayed. Represent the restaurant brand professionally at all times.
Job Requirement:
Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and engaging personality. Fast learner with a positive attitude. Ability to speak
Mandarin
will be an added advantage. Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Must be able to commit to working from10:00am - 10:00pm
(included of 1-hour rest time). Available to work from16/09/2025 to 6/10/2025
