Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Mortgage Loan Consultant to assist clients in securing home financing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the mortgage application process, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient loan approval experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage loan packages based on their needs and financial background. Provide consultation on loan eligibility, rates, terms, and required documentation. Handle the end-to-end mortgage application process, including submission, follow-up, and approval status updates. Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and clients to ensure seamless loan processing. Conduct basic financial assessments and preliminary credit evaluations for clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, bank policies, and market trends. Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and customer records accurately. Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field. Prior experience in sales, banking, or mortgage-related roles is an advantage. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of loan products and banking processes is an added advantage.
