About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid-Senior Level Designer with expertise in both graphic design and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand through stunning graphics and captivating motion visuals. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who can bring concepts to life through visually compelling designs and animations.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media assets, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with project objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and engaging designs.

Motion Graphic

• Create compelling motion graphics and animations for videos, social media campaigns, and other multimedia content.
• Transform static designs into dynamic motion visuals, incorporating seamless transitions, visual effects, and engaging storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with video editors and content creators to enhance visual storytelling through motion graphics.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects and other relevant software to achieve high-quality motion graphics

Design Production:

• Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices, ensuring the best possible user experience.
• Work closely with printers and production teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Maintain an organized file management system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design assets.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and development teams, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional designs.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and any potential roadblocks to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both areas.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
