Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in primary design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Expertise in motion graphics tools, primarily Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of other animation tools & Wordpress is a plus.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation fundamentals.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred languages: English, Mandarin

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least [1-2 years] of combined professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.

Tanggungjawab

Graphic Design:

• Design a broad array of graphics, including promotional materials, advertisements, logos, banners, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all touchpoints.
• Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Motion Graphics:

• Create and animate visual elements for various media, including advertisements, promotional videos, web, and social media.
• Work with storyboards or conceptual ideas to produce animated narratives or explainers.
• Synchronize motion graphics with music, sound effects, or voiceovers.
• Ensure animations and designs are optimized for various platforms and resolutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Engage with content creators, marketers, and other departments to align visual content with overarching business goals.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring forward innovative visual ideas.
