We're on the hunt for a visionary
Motion Graphics Lead
--a true animation aficionado who can turn a static brief into a mesmerizing visual symphony. You're not just a designer; you're a
storytelling sorcerer
ready to define the visual language of our brand in motion. If you thrive on mentoring talent, setting the pace for groundbreaking work, and making things move, you might be our next Lead. This role is the heartbeat of our motion content, leading our animation squad to craft work that not only looks incredible but stops thumbs mid-scroll and drives serious engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Be the North Star:
Steer the creative direction and raise the quality bar for all motion projects. You're the one who says, "Let's make it cooler*."
Mentor the Magic:
Guide, coach, and inspire our team of motion designers. You'll conduct design critiques that are constructive, encouraging, and always focused on leveling up the team's skills.
Workflow Whisperer:
Manage project pipelines, timelines, and resource allocation. You'll keep the creative chaos organized and the final deliveries on time and under budget.
Brand Guardian in Motion:
Define and document our signature motion design style--how we move, how we transition, and how we sound. Ensure every pixel of animation aligns perfectly with our brand's vibe.
Concept Crusher:
Go from concept to execution on high-impact motion graphics for everything from viral social campaigns and slick product explainers to internal sizzle reels.
Innovate & Elevate:
Constantly push the boundaries of what's possible. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and trends (AI, AR, 3D, we're looking at you!) to keep our brand on the cutting edge.
Cross-Functional Collaborator:
Work hand-in-hand with marketers, copywriters, and product designers. You'll translate complex strategies into simple, captivating visual stories.
WHO YOU ARE:
Proven Track Record:
5 years & above
of professional experience making things move, with
2 years +
leading a small-but-mighty team.
Portfolio That Pops:
A visually dazzling portfolio that showcases diverse, impactful work and demonstrates exceptional visual storytelling.
Adobe Suite Master:
You can practically navigate
After Effects
in your sleep, and you're fluent in
Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
.
Design Nerd (in the best way):
Deep understanding of core design and animation principles. You know your kerning from your keyframes, and your easing is always immaculate.
Communication Superpower:
You can articulate abstract creative concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Extra Power-Ups (The Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with
3D software
(Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.). Let's build worlds!
A knack for
sound design and mixing
. We love animations that sound as good as they look.
Familiarity with UI motion design and interactive animation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.
Strong team player & effective team building skills.
Understanding of digital is an advantage.
