Motor Claim Adjuster / Claim Examiner - International market

Working onsite: Publika (must have own transport)

Key Responsibility

Receive, check and process new claims. Review and approve claims within authority, or prepare files for senior review if beyond scope. Communicate with clients and follow up on pending claims. Validate claims, including those from third-party schemes. Check proof of loss using rental agreements, invoices, and other documents. Resolve claims by approving payments or issuing denial letters. Determining coverage & validating documentation Assessing validity & value of claims ? calculate losses and decide fair settlements. Ensuring compliance with policy & regulations Reviewing and presenting large/complex claims Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations.
Requirement

Must have knowledge in international claim adjuster for more than 25 years . Able to speak, read and write fluently in English

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
