Job Description

:

Having a keen eye for detail whilst performing detailed checklist inspections. Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing motorcycles. Making improvements to the inspection process to ensure quality control. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Guiding the inspection team about quality control concerns to improve result excellence. Supervise the daily inspection process. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Ability to determine the condition of each motorcycle by identifying technical issues, mechanical issues and safety concerns. Performing stationary tests and road tests to check the overall health of each motorcycle. Coordinating and communicating the inspection findings with the respective parties. Test motorcycle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices. Prepare report on each motorcycle for follow-up action.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or possess skill certificate in motorcycle technician. 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferably those with hands-on mechanic work related experience. Knowledge of motorcycle operations and related processes is required. Good understanding and ability to handle measurement tools / instruments. Must possess a valid motorcycle license and at least 2 years of motorcycle riding experience. Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and BM.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
